This scholarship program was developed to encourage academic excellence and boost Nigeria's human capital development.

Eligibility:
FOR POSTGRADUATE: All prospective beneficiaries must possess the following to be considered.
Have provisional admission to any of the UK institutions listed below to study any of the disciplines listed below. Engineering, Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Information Technology Law, and Medicine: Renewable Energy, Engineering, Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Information Technology Law, and Medicine: Aberdeen University and Cranfield University are two universities in the United Kingdom.
- In the appropriate subject of study, a minimum of Second Class (upper division) is required
- NYSC program completed
- A minimum IELTS score of 8.0 is required (with not less than 7.0 in all elements
- At the time of application, you must not be older than 30 years old.
- Be a Nigerian citizen who intends to return to Nigeria after completing the specified program of study.
- A letter of identification from the respective Local Government Councils is required.
- Obtain a letter of authorization from your company (if in service of any organization)
- Possess an international passport valid for travel, at least one year from September 2022
- Able to obtain UK Tier-4 students visa upon being successful
- Provide evidence of availability to travel in September 2022 if selected
- Not be a spouse, child, word, or direct relation of staff of Nigeria LNG Limited

FOR POST-PRIMARY:
- Be an indigene of any of the NLNG host communities
- Be a Basic Five or Six pupil
- Provide his/her Basic Five result sheet duly endorsed
- Provide an attestation letter stamped & signed by the Head Teacher of his/her school (contact telephone number of the Head Teacher must be stated in the letter)
- Provide an indigene confirmation letter signed by the CDC Chairman, Paramount Ruler, or Chief in his/her community
- Provide a letter of identification from his/her Local Government Council
- Not be a child or ward of staff of Nig
- Provide a recent passport-sized photograph

Then click on the "Post-Graduate Scholarship" or "Post-Primary" application link on the "Related Links" section of the page to access the application portal. - Without spectacles, a recent passport photo (not more than three months old)
- Bio-data page of an international passport
- Certificate of first-class standing
- Certificate of Discharge from the NYSC
- a letter of provisional admission from any of the UK institutions listed above
